Phase 1: Program Trial
Our PVloop program begins with a trial phase in which your operations team has an opportunity to test the product, define key metrics, and trial the process in preparation for a full-scale reusable packaging program.
Phase 2: Planning
After a successful trial, we co-create a full-scale implementation plan. This strategic plan focuses on seamless expansion of the program throughout your company’s supply chain, including manufacturing facilities, sub-suppliers, and project sites.
Phase 3: Implementation
The plan goes live across your operation. A dedicated account manager, supported by onsite crews and transportation coordination where needed, keeps the program running smoothly—looping the same packaging through cycle after cycle.
Onsite material handling
PVpallet crews manage packaging directly on site, working as an extension of your team instead of leaving handling to chance. Onsite services include:
Pre-deployment planning - coordinating installation schedules, delivery sequencing, and packaging requirements before packaging arrives on site
Controlled intake - logging and validating incoming bins and pallets, and establishing a baseline inventory from day one
Onsite flow management - receiving, sorting, staging, and organizing packaging throughout the installation process
Recovery, inspection, and return - collecting and inspecting packaging as it comes out of service, and preparing it for return shipment
Ongoing coordination - regular check-ins with your team to keep the program aligned as the project schedule evolves

Reverse logistics process flow
Circularity and product visibility are central to an effective reusable packaging ecosystem.
The cycle starts when bins or pallets are delivered to your vendor or manufacturing site and loaded with product. A carrier transports the loaded packaging to the job site, where our crews - or your team, trained by us - receive, stage, and manage it through unloading and installation. Once product is installed, packaging is collected, sorted, inspected, and collapsed for return shipment. Every unit is cleaned, inspected, and repaired as needed before it ships back out to the next vendor or job site, and the cycle repeats. Throughout, we track each unit’s location and condition, giving you visibility into cycle counts, damage rates, and inventory across every site.

Some customers use the full program; others handle a piece themselves - like their own cleaning or logistics - and bring PVpallet in for the rest.
