Implementation Process

Phase 1: Program Trial

Our PV logistics program begins with a trial phase in which your operations team has an opportunity to test the product, define key metrics, and trial the process in preparation for a full-scale reusable packaging program.

Phase 2: Planning

After a successful trial, we co-create a full-scale implementation plan. This strategic plan focuses on seamless expansion of the program throughout your company’s supply chain, including manufacturing facilities, sub-suppliers, and project sites.

Phase 3: Implementation

The mutually-scoped plan is executed company wide. A dedicated account manager ensures efficient response to any needs that may arise during and after the implementation.
