CEO & Co-founder

Philip Schwarz, P.E.

Philip leads the overall operations and management of PVpallet. His passion for innovation stems from his mechanical engineering and business education, combined with experience in all facets of the solar industry including project development, engineering, construction, and O&M. During his 18+ years in renewable energy, Philip saw firsthand the issues associated with single-use packaging—which led him help establish PVpallet. On a personal level, Philip's focus on environmental stewardship stems from his love of backpacking and his desire to leave a better planet for his three children.

Director of Finance

Ryan Francis

Ryan leads the finance and accounting functions at PVpallet. With 12+ years of experience in strategic finance and treasury at companies ranging from small startups to enterprise level corporations, he has gained experience in building out the finance/accounting department from inception to worldwide scale for multiple industries. Ryan is a strong believer in leveraging technology to meet the scaling demands of companies and keeping operations lean and efficient to allow teams to focus on strategy.

Craig Morse

Craig directs the sales strategy and execution at PVpallet. He has created profitable partnerships in diverse industries including transportation, technology, finance, and medical. With 30 years of experience in sales and sales management, Craig has a proven history of thriving professional partnerships and organizational growth; his own startup reached $40 million in revenue after just two years. At PVpallet, Craig brings an agile, proven ability to successfully negotiate complex sales environments and drive company growth. His focus is centered on building strong teams to deliver profitability.

Vanessa Benkert

Vanessa leads marketing and brand strategy at PVpallet. With ~20 years of experience, she has a proven track record of developing and executing marketing initiatives for a range of companies, from small startups to large international organizations. Her skillset includes big picture thinking as well as hands-on tasks like website development, graphic design, and writing. Successfully starting and managing her own marketing agency for over 10 years highlights her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership. Vanessa sets herself apart in her ability to masterfully blend creativity and storytelling with strategy.

Chad Hill

Warehouse Operations Manager

Chad manages the daily operations at the PVpallet Warehouse. He is a successful manager with over two decades of leadership experience. His background includes overseeing production at a 150,000 square foot advanced manufacturing facility, developing and managing 30+ team members, rebuilding four failing companies, and starting three businesses from the ground up. At PVpallet, Chad champions customer trust and employee safety through his personal motto "extreme ownership". With this philosophy at heart, he drives success within the organization while inspiring those around him to reach their fullest potential.

Inside Sales Manager

Adam Bailey

Adam manages inside sales at PVpallet. He is passionate about creating and maintaining positive relationships built on trust. With over 15 years of sales experience, including 5 years developing and training inside sales teams, Adam leads by example and experience. His dedication to continued learning by expanding his knowledge and skills makes him an ideal fit for the fast-paced world of the solar industry. At PVpallet, Adam brings a strong work ethic and a strategic approach to selling, negotiating, consulting, and growth.
