“PVpallet grew out of a problem we saw in the solar industry: how solar panels were being shipped and handled. There were breakage issues, safety concerns, and massive amounts of packaging waste. We created PVpallet Series X to solve those problems.”

Damaged solar panels, rotten pallets, loose solar panel storage, safety concerns, and disposal fees—these are just some of the challenges caused by single-use packaging. It’s time for a more sustainable option. Drawing inspiration from the success of reusable packaging in other industries like automotive and agriculture, our founders joined together in 2019 with the vision of creating a similar solution for solar. By 2022, we launched PVpallet Series X. This solar panel pallet is made from post-consumer HDPE plastic, reusable over and over, and recyclable at the end of its life cycle.
Since we launched Series X, we have expanded our products and services to include bulk bins, handheld totes, and flat pallets, as well as packaging consulting, custom solutions, and a turnkey reverse logistics program that includes virtual product tracking, cleaning, and refurbishment.
Today, PVpallet is building a reusable packaging ecosystem for the renewable energy industry that enables our customers to seamlessly eliminate single-use packaging. We remain committed to our mission to reduce waste and promote a circular economy through innovative, sustainable, reusable products that improve efficiency.
