The PVpallet BOS Bulk Bins is a reusable, stackable, collapsable box with a pallet style base for optimal lifting and moving. UV and weather resistant, these robust HDPE containers are ideal for shipping and storing solar balance of system components like wire coils, micro-inverters, junction boxes, batteries, and racking and tracking components.

Innovative Base Design

  • Flat, solid deck with eight drain holes to prevent moisture collection

  • No center foot on base eliminates potential product damage in container underneath

  • One-piece base and fork straps

  • Durable design maximizes life cycle

User-Friendly Walls and Doors

  • Two access doors available on all heights; optional four-door access on 42,” 45,” and 50” bins

  • Molded-in lift provisions on walls for easy container set-up

  • One-piece snap-in release latches

  • Articulating door hinges allow access doors to lie vertically

  • Wall stop protects collapsed walls with height extenders

Optional Top Cap

  • Optional top cap lid keeps goods safe from dust and debris

  • Lid is available with or without latches

  • Universal fit on all bulk bins and 48 x 45 palletized totes

  • Made of post-industrial High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

  • 2,000 lb load capacity; available in 9 heights from 17” to 50”

  • Cold resistance: impact resistant -40°F to 194°F
