Philip is the Co-founder and CEO of PVpallet, Inc.—the first company that is focused on reducing packaging waste in the solar industry. Throughout his 15+ years in solar, Philip experienced first-hand the waste, costs, inefficiencies, and safety issues associated with the using wood pallets for shipping solar modules. In 2020, Philip helped establish PVpallet with a mission to solve industry-wide packaging challenges. Philip’s passion for innovation stems from his mechanical engineering and business education, combined with experience in all facets of the solar industry including project development, engineering, construction, and O&M. On a personal level, Philip's focus on environmental stewardship stems from his love of outdoor backpacking and his desire to leave a better planet for his three children.
