PVpallet named as finalist in Pappajohn Iowa Entrepreneurial Venture Competition
We are proud to announce that PVpallet received an honorable mention in the Pappajohn lowa Entrepreneurial Venture Competition. It is truly an honor to be selected in such a competitive, statewide award.
From a pool of more than 50 submissions, PVpallet was one of 13 teams to advance to the final presentation round. “We had a really impressive group overall,” explained Judi Eyles, Director of the Iowa State University Pappajohn Center for Entrepreneurship. “We normally advance eight companies to the finals, but the quality of the businesses was so significant that we accepted 13 companies into the final round of the competition.”
Following the presentations, a panel of judges consisting of representatives from the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Centers, the Small Business Development Center, VentureNet Iowa and the Entrepreneurial Development Center deliberated over the top three award recipients. PVpallet was one of the five companies who received honorable mentions.
Thank you John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center at The University of Iowa for this incredible opportunity!
